M’START is a rollover designed for wash facilities with a capacity of 400 to 1200 vehicles a month and is the perfect machine for those wishing to start off in the vehicle wash business in the most profitable way.

• Rocket Fairing - The bold design of the rocket front and rear fairing makes the top half of the rollover really stand out, giving the unit an air of strength as well as making it look more appealing.
• Plain Fairing - Functional for the half of the columns to match the design of the doors. its geometrical shapes give it a robust and simple apperance which is in character with the overall design of the machine.
• New Pictograms - The stickers for the silver pictograms and the vinyl hexa in their different versions fit round the optional decorative sferic lighting to give the machine a more modern and innovative image in harmony with the rest of the design.
• Effective Drying - Dryer 13.6 kW (2 x 3.8 kW + 2 x 3 kW) with horizontal dryer nozzle plus vehicle scanning and optional diffuser to achieve a better dry on the rear of the vehicle. as an alternative, we have two 4 kW turbofans fitted to the top of the machine to perform the dry with no need for scaning.
• On Board High Pressure - The innovative on board system of the M'START has the high pressure pump fitted inside the column. this means various high pressure options are available without the high extra cost involved in installing this type of pump externally in the technical room of the wash facility.
• A Multitude Of Options - High shine wax with polish, foam, chemical prewash and wheelwash, are just a few of the options available for equipping your M'START rollover. with them, you can offer a gentle but effective wash and high quality wash programs with a reduced water consumption.

Brush and horizontal dryer lift- Our new system features 2 separate groups of lifting motor with Kevlar fibre reinforced flat belts eliminating counterweights.

Mounted on top of the column, the lifting system is easily accesible and virtually maintenance free.

Speed and position control via frequencyconverters and encoders These components allow greater control of the horizontal brush and dryer, getting wash and dry times down by optimising the speed of displacement.

Program configurator - The new generation system of flexible programming incorporated into the M’NEX rollovers means each wash program can be personalised and created from scratch.

In addition, you can comfortably configure speeds, dispensers, lighting codes and other functions according to the requirements of the wash programs you choose.

Versatile high pressure - New top high pressure system without scanner and with zero angle nozzles. The possibility of applying oscillating and side high pressure on the same pass.

Quicker because no vehicle scanning is needed. Fewer problems caused by dripping because it is not directly above the vehicle.

Rear fairing - The rear fairing is integrated into the structure design of the machines to improve the overall look.

New pneumatic system - Total control over the two tilt positions of the side brushes. Greater wash accuracy where the side meets the roof of the vehicle. Greater brush stability during the wash.

Columns Up to 4 side pipes totally flush with the column. The vehicle is thus free to pass through with no risk of protruding parts coming into contact with the wing mirrors. The fairing over the various parts and pipes, which are totally integrated totally into the columns, gives the machine a much more appealing look.

Aluminium guides artfully concealed in the column keep the brushes and horizontal dryer on track.

Horizontal High Pressure - Fitted to the wash module, its smooth accur operation combined with 14 rotating nozzles means every last corner of the vehicle is treated to a thorough high pressure wash.

Wheel Wash With High Pressure - 6 rotating nozzles give a top quality rim wash. The ideal companion to the new horizontal high pressure.

On top of this, the flexible configuration possibilities of this new series means different wheel washes can be fitted to both modules of the M’NEX25.

The M1 is designed to meet the needs of workshops, showrooms and rent-a-car companies that require a simple, efficient wash of a quality comparable with that of higher range models but without the need for extras such as high pressure, colour foam or special waxes. This new model is designed for facilities with a throughput of up to 1.000 vehicles per month.

SUSTAINABILITY

On the M1, the traditional hydraulic circuits have been replaced by locating the different rinsing, shampoo and foam nozzles at specific points, which means that the product is applied with pinpoint accuracy and thus with minimum water consumption.

As with all other rollovers, electricity consumption is important. Accordingly, the dryer comprises 4 turbines with 3 kW motors, giving a total of 12 kW of power.

QUALITY PROCESSES

The wash quality is non-negotiable, which is why the whole process on the M1 is as tightly controlled as on the top range models. The transducers used to measure the consumption of the brush spin motors are the essential element of control. To ensure the perfect wash of any type of vehicle, the M1 does an overlapping wash on the front and rear of the vehicles.

Unlike the pneumatic brush travel systems normally used on low cost wash ranges, the M1 includes as standard, a brush travel system powered by motors to ensure that the system works perfectly.

Structure Compact Design - A galvanised compact structure designed to optimize the assembly of all parts and components, with a solid but attractive appearance.

Performance Wash Phases - The new arrangement of the nozzles, used for the application of shampoo and water during the rinsing step, maximises performance, minimises consumption and optimises product application.

- Shampoo : 6 nozzles on structure 5.82 L/min [1.28 gpm], 3 bar [43.5 PSI].

- Rinse : 2 external nozzles on structure 19.6 L/min [5.178 gpm], 3 bar [43.5 PSI].

Technology Controller - PLC with unified modules and flexible configuratio possibilities for optional extras. The use of the Profinet communication protocol enhances communication and reduces machine wiring and connections.

Command post : Allows all of the machine's external optional extras to be connected. It can be external to the structure or built-in.

Mechanism Vertical brushes : Complete overlapping scrub by vertical brushes with variable speed drive-controlled travel.

Features :

• DRY - The 12 kW static dryer is made up of two nozzles and two side nozzles, with four turbine 3 kW each.
• Underchassis Wash - Two options are possible: static underchas wash 10 bar [145.038 PSI], 90 L/min [19.8 gpm], and oscillating underchassis wash 15 bar [217.557 PSI], 120 L/min [26.4 gpm].
• PIT Lane Pictograms - Decorative pictograms representing the wash phases. Available for two different application versions.
• Drying Wax - Product recommended for a better dry finish. The product is applied via the external nozzles.
• Foam - Foaming product recommended to break down ground-in dirt. Applied by a second nozzle circuit 3 bar [43.5114 PSI], 12,2 L/min [2.684 gpm].
• Splash Screens - Micro-perforated curtains to prevent splashing during the wash process.
• Wheel Wash - A complete car wash must includewheels. Also available with or without high the vehicle's pressure; flat or spiral brushes are possible.
