With its intake capacity of up to a ton of sand, rubble or other debris per minute, the Senior 2000 towed sweeper beats every other sweeper on the market in terms of intake, and that at speeds of up to 20 km/h.

The debris is swept by the two side brushes to the wide cross brush and from there conveyed on a belt to the back of a truck. The conveyor belt is adjustable in height, thus allowing adaptation to the height of the platforms of the various towing vehicles.

The conveying speed of the belt can be regulated from the driver’s cabin in such a way that the debris is spread evenly over the full surface of the truck platform.

Thanks to its exclusively mechanical mode of operation - without any suction apparatus - and its extremely efficient water spraying system, the Senior 2000 is not only much quieter than any other comparable suction sweeper, but it also emits considerably less dust.

The Swingo 200+ is an efficient, flexible and convenient compact sweeper for public areas and the city centre. With this machine, many streets, paths and squares can be swept, the lowerable undercarriage also enables sweeping in multi-storey car parks and underground car parks. The sweeping brooms attached to the front have an automatically regulated broom ground pressure control, resulting in maximum manoeuvrability in any sweeping situation.

The Swingo 200+ is characterised by a 2.0 m³ large hopper – this means an even greater coverage and an even longer sweeping operation. This machine is ideally suited for your greatest cleaning requirements in city centre/urban areas. The Swingo 200+ is characterised by its optimum weight distribution and a low unladen weight. With this machine, operation on even sensitive ground areas presents no problems whatsoever.

Its compact dimensions ensure that the vehicle remains manoeuvrable in any situation, safe, and mobile: The scope of application ranges from maximum to minimum sweeping ranges, i.e. from wide areas to narrow passages. Besides, the Swingo 200+ distinguishes itself through its modular build. Different suspension, sweeping and also steering systems are available. The Swingo 200+ is prepared for all conditions.

Quality characteristics - Swingo machines have several sweeping performance levels which guarantees maximum operational readiness: sweeping performance levels are continuously set from Standard to Maximum. Thus the Swingo 200+ can cope with all levels of pollution. Additionally, the machine operates at a low noise level. At the normal sweeping performance level only 99 dB are being produced. Due to this the machine is ready for use around the clock.

The debris is conveyed by two or three disc brushes to the suction nozzle and then ends up in the 2.0 m3 hopper. The sweeping process happens in connection with the efficient use of circulating water which combines with the debris. In this case, a particularly resource-saving pressurised water recirculation system with water separation and water recovery can be used – this additionally makes sure that only clean and low-dust air is released into the environment. The smooth running lowemission EuroMot 3B or the Euro 6 diesel engine with particle filter and urea injection also contribute to the environmental balance.

The Cleango 500 offers the holding capacity of a large mounted sweeper with an approx. 4 m³ hopper and combines this advantage with the flexibility of a compact sweeper.

The high-performance vehicle is used for cleaning roads in towns and industrial areas. The towed disc brush system takes up little space underneath the cabin and is attached in front of the front axle. The vehicle is available with a hydraulic setting of the brush angle as well as a separate setting of the disc brush ground pressure as an option.

The flexible brooms enable different sweeping ranges and thus optimum adaptation to the individual street conditions. The Cleango has a highperformance suction fan with an air flow of 14000 m³/h. Combined with a suction nozzle width of 670 mm and a debris flap, the vehicle is also designed to pick up larger debris. The drivers cabin is specially mounted to reduce noise and vibration and equipped with two seats, comfortable all-round glazing ensures high visibility of the work and traffic area. The vehicle is powered by a high-performance 6-cylinder diesel engine of the latest generation: The Cleango 500 thus complies with not only the Euro 5 and EuroMot 3B emission standards but also the most recent Euro 6 standard. Designed for tractors and UNIMOG, the Wasa 300+ is used to clean streets in small towns and communities. The high performance machine picks up dirt mechanically, whereby large amounts of fine dusty exhaust fumes are avoided.

The towed sweepers offer maximum sweeping performance and can even be used for the coarsest of dirt. A 3.0 m³ hopper enables the travelling of large areas and routes.

With this towed sweeper, debris is conveyed from two side brushes to the centre brush at the rear of the machine and is transported from there via an elevator into the large pick-up hopper. All functions are easily operated via a clearly arranged control panel from the vehicle cabin. The Wasa 300+ was designed so that all the relevant parts are easily accessible and all necessary settings and repairs can be carried out simply.

The sweeper is driven by an environmentally friendly hydraulic system which operates silently even at full power and is suitable for operation with organic oil.

The Wasa 300+ offers other interesting options such as the high-pressure washing system, which allows for specific adjustment to its sweeping task.

Hopper - Steel hopper with 3 m³ capacity, discharge height 1,750 mm, discharge to the right. The hopper is tipped hydraulically; hydraulically extendible support additionally protects the vehicle from tipping over. The hopper’s shape (conical) is optimised to ensure safe and quick discharge.

Sweeping unit - Two towed disc brushes with brake-back protection and wear-free direct drive via hydraulic motor; hydraulic lifting and lowering of disc brushes incl. hydraulic brush ground pressure control via control panel; rear-mounted roller brush; wear-free direct drive of roller brush via hydraulic motor; innovative, adjustable roller brush cover for optimum sweeping results.

Collection system - Two disc brushes mounted on the sides in front of the axle transport the debris to the centre; the roller brush located behind the axle transports the debris to the generously dimensioned hopper via a broad elevator. The high throughput rate of the elevator is ensured by the 60° fitting position and the continuously variable transport speed control. The smooth running of the elevator is ensured by the top-mounted hydraulic motor.

Water system - Non-corrosive plastic water tanks mounted on the left and right; 1,100 l total water tank capacity; the tanks can be swivelled for cleaning and maintenance. The 12 water spray nozzles of the sweeping unit are supplied by a hydraulic water pump with a flow rate of up to 36 l/min.

Drive - Via PTO shaft (540 rpm)

Product Details:

The truck mounted SK 600 sweeper has a 6.0 m³ hopper and is specially designed for cleaning traffic areas in local authority districts and country roads. The machine is suited for all common truck chassis with a permissible total weight of 15 to 18 tonnes. Thanks to its noise suppression package, the SK 600 can also be used between 10pm and 6am. Furthermore, it fulfils the dust particle guideline and bears the PM10 badge.

The SK 600 has a sweeping width of 2,300 mm, the whole area is swept mechanically thus making it both quick and efficient. Disc brushes and the suction nozzle are towed with a centre brush directly behind the machine – damage is thus almost impossible

Three versions are possible for the drive of the suction fans and working hydraulics, either a diesel-powered auxiliary engine, via the vehicle''s auxiliary drive system (PTO) or finally a hydrostatic drive system - the latter can also be used for driving speeds of up to 40 km/h. The infinitely adjustable sweeping speed is up to 20 km/h

The SK 600 offers several extra functions in addition to basic sweeping. There is an additional front brush which can be extended to sweep on a second level – such as the kerb – or to remove weeds. A spray bar for increased dust control when sweeping can also be used as well as a washing bar for washing dirty surfaces.

Lastly, the rear suction system with a pick-up width of 2,500 mm, four water nozzles and two large-sized suction hoses can be used to suck up liquids such as oil spills or to absorb glycol.

Vehicle requirements - Standard truck chassis with a total permissible weight between 15 and 18 t.

Hopper - 6-m³ hopper with stainless steel, non-corrosive floor pan; hydraulic tipping backwards; 60° tipping angle for safe and quick discharge

Sweeping unit - Towed sweeping unit with brake-back protection equipped with disc brush, feeder brush and suction duct with integrated brush roller fitted between the axles. The sweeping unit can be mounted on the right, on the left or on both sides.

Suction system - Hydraulically operated and adjustable high-performance Suction fan. The flow-optimised, optimally integrated suction fan and the V-shaped suction duct permit a high suction performance even at low engine speed. The towed suction duct minimises the risk of damage during sweeping operations.

Water system - Non-corrosive, glass fibre-reinforced plastic water tank with 1,800 l capacity; fresh water pump of up to 4 bar / 40 l/min. The disc brush, feeder brush and suction duct are supplied with spay water to capture particulate matter. The SK 600 complies with the
directives on particulate matter and bears the PM10 certificate.

Suction fan and hydraulic unit drive - Diesel-fuelled auxiliary engine, powered hydraulically via the PTO of the chassis engine or via a hydrostatic drive, which permits a continuously variable operating and driving speed of up to 40 km/h.

Operation - Control panel in the driver’s cab directly next to the driver’s seat; user-friendly menu control; furthermore, main functions, such as the adjustment of the disc brush, are installed directly next to the steering wheel.

The indicated weights and dimensions depend on the optional equipment and the chassis.

Safety at the airport is top priority. The high-speed sweeper AS 990 cleans all service and traffic areas of the airport with outstanding sweeping efficiency, so that follow-up damage caused by foreign objects is prevented.

High performance - The AS 990 is a truck-mounted sweeper and can be mounted individually on all standard chassis with the corresponding specification. The 9.5 m³ hopper with its stainless steel floor, the high-quality sweeping unit as well as the corrosion-resistant suction tube enables not only the clearing of debris, leaves, dirt and other foreign bodies on airport surfaces but also of liquid substances such as deicing material all in one go. This is made possible by the powerful suction fan with its air flow of approx. 32,000 m³/h. With its maximum sweeping speed of 40 km/h, the AS 990 is able to clear an area of up to 140,000 m²/h, depending on the equipment. All functions are activated via the CAN-Bus control panel on the centre pedestal. Due to the graphical display of the functions, the operation is logical and simple. All active work steps are conveyed to the driver via symbols on the colour display. The control panel can be used both in our airport sweeper AS 990 and our jet sweepers TJS/CJS.

Versatile application - The AS 990 is suitable for professional use at both civil and military airports and is extremely versatile in everyday operations. It combines all important functions in one machine.

1. Rapid cleaning of large surfaces - The high-quality sweeping unit with the flow-optimised suction port and the rotary brush has a sweeping and suction width of 2,300 mm. A debris flap is optionally available to pick up larger objects, such as beverage cans or bottles. Water and other liquids can be collected by means of the SHS suction vehicle. In order to guarantee more efficient collection of liquids, the suction nozzle can be equipped with a liquid flap. The two circular brushes have a sweeping width of up to 3,500 mm. Furthermore, the AS 990 can be equipped with blast nozzles. The blast nozzles conduct a strong air stream onto the traffic area, so that large surfaces are cleaned and dried in one single operation.

2. Collection of liquids, such as e.g. surface water or de-icing agents - The specifically developed liquid suction nozzle can be operated between the axles, at the rear end or as a quick-change system at the rear end of the AS 990. The quick-change system allows for replacing the suction vehicle by the liquid suction nozzle in just a few minutes. The liquid suction nozzle is flexibly designed in the middle and is thus able to collect liquids from slightly inclined de-icing surfaces down to the pores. 96-99% of the de-icing agent glycol can be collected by means of this special nozzle. Other liquids, e.g. surface water, can even be collected up to 100%.

3. Collection of magnetic metals - The PMB 2400 permanent magnet bar, which is mounted on the front plate of the AS 990, is capable of picking up magnetic metal objects.

4. Summer and winter operation - Apart from the application in summer, the front end of the sweeper can also be equipped with a snow plough or a hydraulically operated front-mounted sweeper. The combination between the front-mounted sweeper and the blast nozzles converts the AS 990 into a jet sweeper. In addition, the AS 990 can be used as a towing vehicle for a jet sweeper.

5. Stand cleaning - If needed, the AS 990 standard machine can also be equipped as stand cleaning machine, which is then called ASC 990. The ASC 990 cleans airport stands by applying a mixture of detergent and water. The soiled surface is wetted with the mixture via the front-mounted water spraying unit and the surface is subsequently processed and roughed up by the circular brushes.
